Join our Human Resources Team as the Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for handling the full-cycle recruitment for a variety of complex and/or specialized talent needs with limited oversight. Accountable for effectively building relationships with HR Business Partners, hiring managers and key stakeholders to assess current and future talent needs. Develops and implements creative recruiting solutions that support Catholic Charities mission to deliver the highest quality results and top talent to the agency.

The Expertise We Are Looking For

The Expertise We're Looking For

 

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Two (2) years of experience in high volume recruitment/talent acquisition
  • Two (2) years of experience working in Human Resources in a recruitment role

  • You are knowledgeable of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

 

 

What you Deliver

 

  • You partner with hiring manager to understand talent requirements as well as formulating and delivering appropriate sourcing search strategies based on these requirements.
  • You proactively source candidates through networking with employees, professional organizations, social media, and other channels. Continuously build talent pipelines to meet current and future needs.
  • You assess candidate applications/resumes to ensure a highly qualified and diverse candidate pool.
  • You conduct thorough salary analysis for candidate offers to ensure equity and compliance with applicable policies.
  • You facilitate the onboarding process by extending and compiling offer letters and negotiating employment terms.
  • You serve as a resource for prospective candidates providing information on available position, status of application, or assistance in applying online.
  • You manage confidential data, build, and improve current practices, share ideas and take ownership.
  • You ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
