Youth Rapid ReHousing Case Manager

The Montrose Center seeks a Rapid ReHousing Case Manager to provide intensive case management and wrap-around services for young LGBTQ adults age 18-24 placed in rapid rehousing. Services will be coordinated with two other case managers at other agencies in weekly meetings.
Requirements: Minimum LBSW. Working knowledge of community resources and special treatment issues for gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender young adults. Familiarity with substance dependency, recovery, and twelve-step programs is a plus. Preferred bilingual Spanish and/or ASL. Must have flexible hours and reliable transportation.
